Why doesn’t my promotional code work?

– Leather Right products are made custom made to your order hence there is a rare chance of this happening. Although this does not happen often, when it does happen it is due to shortage of hide under unforeseen circumstances and obviously we do not charge you for the item.

Can I return product if the leather has a strong odor?
– Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products due to odor as it is common for new leather products to retain the smell from processing. You can remove odor by following our CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
What do I do if my product is giving out a strong odor?
– Made from lambskin and/or lamb suede our raw materials are naturally sourced and go through a rigorous process of tanning, dyeing and processing before being stitched into a product especially to your ordered measurements. In this case it is natural for the product to retain certain odors that comes from the materials used. Please remove product from packaging and air it out for at least 48 to 72 hours in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. You can also clean product with special industrial leather cleaning solvent to ensure the odor dies off.
How do I find out the size of the product?
– All our products are custom made to your size on order. Please fill in your measurements on our MEASUREMENTS . For guidance go to MEASUREMENT GUIDE.
